NatureSync Solutions Consulting Limited (Private limited by Shares) is a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in climate-smart agriculture, environmental conservation, rainwater harvesting, social research, safeguarding policy development, training, and community capacity development. We work with development partners, NGOs, government institutions, private sector actors, and community-based organizations to design and implement practical, evidence-based, and people-centred solutions that strengthen resilience, sustainability, and inclusive development.
Our approach integrates scientific knowledge, indigenous practices, and participatory methods to ensure solutions are locally appropriate, scalable, and sustainable.
NatureSync Solutions Consulting Limited (acronym NASSOC) is dully registered with the Registrar of Companies, Registration number COY-VWU7QQN dated the 17th of March 2026 and is headquartered in Mzuzu, Katoto 2 Area, Off Bloom-waters Street, TNM Tower base.

Isaac Monjo Chavula
Ceo & Founder
Isaac (MSc, Rural Development and Extension; BSc, Rural Development and Extension; Dip. Agriculture Extension). Isaac has over 20 years
’ experience of working with international NGOs implementing food security, sustainable livelihoods, water and sanitation, and natural management projects with organisations such as Concern Universal (now the United Purpose) and Feed the Future. He has also lectured at the Natural Resources College (a constituent college of the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources) and the Malawi Adventist University as Adjunct Lecturer and as Resident Lecturer at the University of Lúrio in Mozambique for three years. Prior to this, Isaac served as a civil servant in the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Isaac founded NatureSync Solutions Consulting with a vision of helping organizations leverage advanced new agricultural technologies for sustainable growth.
Maureen Mhango
Company Secretary
Maureen a trained Educator by profession. Maureen handles all the administrative duties. Manages executive meetings, keeps official records, and serves as the main point of contact for shareholders

Hudson (Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management), is an experienced Field coordinator who has worked for NGOs including Find your Feet, Tiyeni, and Total Land Care.
Goodreach Isaac
Data Expert & Programmer
Goodreach (Diploma in Computing & pursuing BSc Computer Science) is an information technology expert who specialises in software development, web development, Computer networks, Data analysis and visualisation, and IT office solutions development. Previously he has worked with Telekom Networks Malawi (TNM) as a RAN & TX Engineer and with Malawi Enterprise Development Fund (MEDF) as a Data Officer.
